Application Process & Requirements

Step 1: Enroll and choose your program

Applying for a Muay Thai DTV begins with enrolling in a training program, because the acceptance letter that the embassy requires can only be issued against a confirmed booking. Complete the Petchnumnoi enrollment form with your full name exactly as printed on your passport, passport number, nationality, date of birth, the embassy or consulate you intend to apply through, and your program start date.

Name spelling is the single most common correctable error we see: the acceptance letter must match the passport biodata page character for character.

Step 2: Secure Payment

After completing the application form, proceed to the payment section to secure your enrollment. Once your payment is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation which acts as proof of payment and is essential for the next steps of your enrollment process.

Step 3: Receive Your Acceptance Letter (Proof of Confirmation to Attend the Activity)

Receive an official acceptance letter from Petchnumnoi Muay Thai Gym in your email. This letter is an important document for your Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) application.

Step 4: Prepare Application Documents

Prepare documents below

Passport Biodata Page or valid Travel Document (Passport).
Recent photograph (last six months).
Proof of current location (e.g., driving license, bank statement).
Proof of Confirmation to Attend the Activity from Petchnumnoi Muay Thai Gym
Recent bank statement with a minimum balance of 500,000 THB or equivalent.
