Application Process

Step 1: Fill up the application form

Complete the application form. This form will require detailed personal information. Ensure that all sections are filled accurately.

Step 2: Secure Payment

After completing the application form, proceed to the payment section to secure your enrollment. Once your payment is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation which acts as proof of payment and is essential for the next steps of your enrollment process.

Step 3: Receive Your Acceptance Letter (Proof of Confirmation to Attend the Activity)

Receive an official acceptance letter from Petchnumnoi Muay Thai Gym in your email. This letter is an important document for your Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) application.

Step 4: Prepare Application Documents

Prepare documents below

• Passport Biodata Page or valid Travel Document (Passport).
• Recent photograph (last six months).
• Proof of current location (e.g., driving license, bank statement).
• Proof of Confirmation to Attend the Activity from Petchnumnoi Muay Thai Gym
• Recent bank statement with a minimum balance of 500,000 THB or approximately $14,900 USD
