Syncopate, as Andrew explained, isnt a card you can play in decks that are trying to play a long game

The card is played by having a creature you control climb onto the card (which is probably supposed to mean that you place the creature on top of the card itself), and then "slide them on their merry way"

Just make sure the individual drawers fit the full size of a card with wiggle room for sleeves, which is at least 3.5-inches x 2.5-inches

Blast from the Past Unfortunately, as much as I would have loved for this card to printed in Time Spiral block since it doesnt really break any rules (so I could play it in my cube, as I use no Un-cards,) alas, it wasnt meant to be
