This kit is nice and basic

You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing, but its original ATK and DEF become halved

Stripping away Hexproof and Indestructible not just from opposing creatures, but all opposing permanents allows you to circumvent many difficult to answer pemanents, including Theros gods like Xengaos, God of Revels, pesky protection cards like like Darksteel Plate, and shielded lands like Lotus Vale

With a unique effect that puts every banished card right back into the deck and then adds to the monster's ATK, it was a great card that was either limited or semi-limited for much of the game's life until fairly recently
